OpenDownload is a Firefox add-on that adds a run option to Firefox. When you download a file using Internet Explorer, you have the option to run the file directly i.e. the files are downloaded directly to the temporary folder and not to the download directory. The downloaded files will be deleted after 24 hours.

Helpful if you want to keep your download directory clean and click less to open/run the file.

You can get OpenDownload here.
